Beaches OBGYN is a member of the TopLine MD Alliance and VitalMD. If you have insurance coverage with Blue Cross, you may have received a letter from them stating that our practice will be out-of-network as of April 1, 2020.
All Florida Blue plans are affected. All Federal and Blue Cross Blue Shield plans from other states are also affected.

So far, we have not been able to reach an agreement with Florida Blue. We are hopeful that Florida Blue will see the value that we bring to patients in order to avoid a full termination of the contract effective March 31, 2020.
Please contact your physician’s office to see if you are eligible for continuity of care. If you are not eligible to obtain continuity of care, then your out-of-network benefit rates would apply.
Any active course of treatment for a condition shall continue to be covered upon completion of a continuity of care form by our office. If you have initiated a course of prenatal care, regardless of the trimester in which care was initiated, you are allowed to continue coverage for such care until completion of postpartum care.
